Thank you for being so interested in volunteering for the RoboCup 2024 in Eindhoven, Netherlands!
Please complete the form below to submit your application. After you complete the form, the League Committee will contact your Regional Representative (
Regional Reps List 2023-2024)
for their endorsement. Please also communicate with your Regional Representative and tell them that you are interested in volunteering with us. We will then get back to you and all the other candidates via e-mail.
✅ Here is how volunteers will be selected:
1) The priority goes to the people who can help for the entire event rather than those who are partially available.
2) This form is only for international volunteers. If you're from the Netherlands, please register as a local volunteer using the Form for Volunteers from Netherlands. You will then be part of the local volunteer crew. Feel free to let them know you specifically want to help with Junior as a judge or referee.
3) Filling out this application form does not guarantee registration. We suggest waiting for the final confirmation via e-mail before booking flights and making travel plans. This may take a few days or weeks.
💰 How we can support you
We are happy to confirm:
🎟️ free registration for the RoboCup 2024 including entry to the RoboCup Symposium.
However, we cannot cover travel costs such as buses, trains, or airfare since those vary significantly from country to country. Also, if you would like to have a single room or specific hotel, feel free to reserve that now, but make sure you can cancel your stay until you hear back from us and are accepted and registered.
Please note: Currently there is no free place to stay at the competition, since the volunteer hostel is already fully booked.
