Rice Planting Experience (RPE) Request Form 
Greetings from IRRI Education!

We're thrilled to offer an immersive and educational opportunity for individuals of all ages to engage in the Rice Planting Experience (RPE) - a unique program that provides participants the knowledge and experience of what farmers do to ensure that we have rice at our meal tables. Participants will be engaged in mini-lectures and hands-on rice field activities where they will experience the fun and thrills of getting their “feet wet” when preparing the land and planting the rice plant using traditional and modern technologies. Training duration varies from 3 to 6 hours, which includes introduction to the rice plant, overview of rice production, hands-on field experience, and laboratory and field visits.
