Non-Profit Booth Application
Loteria Fest is committed to setting aside an area of the festival specifically for nonprofit community organizations so they can meet festival visitors, share with them the work they do and/or use as a way to fund raise for their organization. In order to qualify for one of the tables in this section of the festival, the group must have 501c3 status, and an operating budget under $250,000 per year. There is a limited amount of space, and tables are assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
 
Event Timing: Saturday-APRIL 15th, 2023 11AM to 6PM
SET-UP TIME: 9AM- 10:45AM (YOU MUST BE SETUP BEFORE DOORS OPEN)
Booth Fee: $40.00 BEFORE 03/15/2023 AFTER the 15th of March cost goes up to $50 
(If fundraising you must submit list of items you will be selling to insure no duplication.)

I fully understand that my participation in the "ANYTHING FOR SELENA" event sponsored by the Loteria Fest, exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the LOTERIA FEST event on Saturday April 15, 2023 and agree to assume any such risks.

I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue the CUAUHTEMOC HALL or the event sponsor for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the event.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the event, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executor and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless the LOTERIA FEST and the event sponsor from any and all claims, demands actions or suits arising out of or in connections with my participation in the event.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND SIGN IT ON MY OWN FREE WILL.
