Preschool Pre-Enrollment 2024/25
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

The Mantua Township preschool program is a full day, five days per week, state-funded public program for three- and four-year-old students. 

If your child will be three or four years old by October 1, 2024, you may complete this Google Form to pre-enroll. If the interest in this program for preschool students exceeds the number of spots we have available, we will hold a lottery. 

We will contact families of pre-enrolled students by Friday, April 19, 2024 to inform you whether your child has a spot in our preschool program, or will be placed on a waitlist. Enrollment in our preschool program is contingent on completion of the New Student Enrollment forms for your child that you will be able to access once receiving notification of acceptance to the program. 

Please note the following: 
  • If your child will be five years old by October 1, 2024, they are not eligible for our preschool program. However, they can be enrolled in our kindergarten program. You do NOT need to complete this form if your child will be part of our kindergarten program. 
  • If your child is already enrolled in our preschool program, you do NOT need to complete this form. 
  • In the event that the district will utilize multiple locations for our preschool program, you will be notified over the summer regarding the location your child will be assigned.
