Adoption Application
Please fill out this application if you are interested in adopting with us.  We require Vet and/or personal reference, simple background checks, and a home visit prior to adopting from us.  We also require that all animals in the household be neutered or spayed and that all animals be current on vaccines and heartworm medication.  Each adoption is done on a case by case basis.  Fencing will not necessarily disqualify you from adopting from us, however it will limit you on being able to adopt some dogs depending on the temperament of the dog.  Or adoption fee is as follows:  Puppies and adolescents - $200.  Adults and seniors - $150.  These adoption fees cover spay/neuter, vaccines, worming, microchip, and any other vet care they may need while in our care.  All vet care received while with us will be disclosed to you prior to adoption and a copy of all records will be given at the time of adoption.  We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit on all pre-adoptions that will be applied towards your final adoption fee at the time of adoption.
