Adelphi University Libraries, with the support of the Library Diversity Council, are taking action to promote the scholarship of Adelphi's Faculty of Color (FOC) as well as works by other faculty on social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion (SJDEI).

The Libraries plan to include the scholarship in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access Resources libguide found here: https://libguides.adelphi.edu/DEI_Access_Resources. The libguide makes the works easily discoverable by the larger community and accessible from a single platform.

The project occurs in several phases, with the first phase spotlighting FOC scholarship on SJDEI subjects. The second phase includes works by FOC regardless of the connection to SJDEI. (The third phase, initiated later, includes works by all other faculty related to SJDEI.)

To begin curating the resources, we ask FOC to self-nominate their scholarship by completing the form below. The form grants the Libraries permission to include the works within the libguide only.  You will be notified if there are plans to promote your work on a different platform (i.e., Adelphi's website) so that you may be actively involved.

If you would like to highlight more than three works, please resubmit the form with the additional citations.
