Fall Family Festival Yard Sale & Craft Application
Thank you for your interest in our Annual Fall Family Festival.  Vendor approval will be sent within one week. If you do not hear back within that period, please email bill@WoodcrestRetreat.org. 

Cost for Food Trucks for 2021 is free (donations toward our event goal are appreciated) for a 10x10 space. Cost for Yard Sell and Craft Vendors is $10 for a 10x10 space.  Electrical access is $15 (limited spaces). Checks can be made to Woodcrest Retreat and mailed to 225 Woodcrest Drive, Ephrata, PA  17522. Payment can also be made over the phone by calling 717-738-2233.
