Terms and Conditions

General

· A full registration form must be completed for every child who attends classes. It is the Parents/ Guardian's responsibility to ensure all information provided is up to date, in case of any information changes we must be contacted and informed.

· The classes are only done termly, this means the pay-as-you go method is not acceptable.

· Once the booking is completed, the student is expected to attend classes during the term.

· The student must show up to the class on time and with the correct equipment. (Depending on the class, the necessary equipment list will be given to the Parent/ Guardian prior to the start of the term.)

· The Parents/ Guardians are expected to be on time to pick up the students after class.

· No refunds will be given if a student is not able to attend a class.

· If we need to cancel a class, we will aim to cover it on another suitable day. This would be discussed directly with the Parents/ Guardians.

· It is important to note, there is a minimum requirement of 3 students per term class, if this is not met, the term class will be cancelled, and any fees paid will be refunded. This would be discussed directly with the Parents/ Guardians by email.

· Once the booking of term classes is completed, the classes will be non-refundable.

Term Costs and payment methods

· Each 6 week-term costs £60 per student. There are available discounts, for more information please contact Jessica Morgado by email at jessicacmorgado.93@gmail.com

· Payment methods can be done one out of two ways:

o By bank transfer (details will be provided upon completion of the form); 

Proof of payment must be sent to jessicacmorgado.93@gmail.com

o Or by cash.

· The bank transfer must be completed at least 24hours before the start of the term.

· Payments by cash must be completed on the day of the start of term.

· A payment receipt will be provided in person on the first day of term.

Please note: We do not store credit/ debit card details, nor do we share student or parent/ guardian details with any 3rd parties.

Trial Classes and late joiners

· Trial classes are available. A student can have one trial class for a price of £5. If after the trial the student would like to join the term classes, the cost would be determined based on the week of term.

· A student can register any time before the end of term, the costs would be determined according to the week of the same.
