1. Will follow ALL of the points listed in the Athlete Agreement, Parent Pledge AND Partner Promise!

Athletic Evolution SPT coaches hold themselves accountable to the same expectations. If we expect it of you...you should expect it from us!
*
2. Will be professional.

Athletic Evolution SPT coaches will use suitable language, dress appropriately, and arrive on time (aka 10-15 minutes early) for all sessions.
*
3. Will treat all athletes as individuals with unique needs, goals, abilities, and personalities.

Our goal is to help each athlete reach their individual potential.

Our programming is designed with the best interests of each athlete’s physical health, performance, and enjoyment as the main priorities.
*
4. Will challenge athletes to do their best, learn, and be actively engaged in their training journey.

Athlete Evolution SPT coaches are here to challenge athletes to not only set but also attain goals, perform to their potential in practice and competitions, and maximize all of the benefits associated with training.

The goal is to teach, educate, push, empower, cajole, encourage, and sometimes even demand, in order to help athletes achieve their potential.
*
5.  When possible, attend games and/or practices to communicate with skill/sport coaches to support development beyond the dumbbells and agility drills.

We appreciate our role in the development of the entire athlete. By engaging with other professionals on the 'team' and attending games or practices we are able to create a program with the whole picture in mind...and we enjoy seeing the results of training pay off!
*
6. Will build an athlete’s self-esteem and confidence by providing opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve their goals---whether that’s for particular exercises or skills, sport success, or developing new habits.

Confidence can't be taught, it has to be earned through effort, trying new things, sometimes failing, and then getting back at it until success has been achieved. By providing strategies that allow athletes to challenge themselves and conquer their goals they learn valuable skills that go beyond the training environment.
*
7. Study the sport and training materials to teach the most up-to-date industry knowledge and to provide the best training services.

Maintain certifications and engage in continuing education to provide quality instruction.

Teach movements and utilize drills that reinforce proper mechanics (not just drills for drill’s sake).
*
8. Encourage accountability, leadership, and teamwork to support individual and group goals.

Training and athletic participation can develop more than just strength, speed, and stamina. Physical activity can provide personal challenges, opportunities to lead, and how to 'play well with others'.
*
9. Check in with athletes and send progress updates to all parties involved (athletes, clients, parents) to help track your progress as a coach.

Regular feedback provides a way to track development, progress, behaviors, and attitudes...plus, we LOVE to brag to anyone and everyone how AWESOME our athletes are!
*
10. Encourage all athletes to do their best, and to have fun doing it.

Promote good health and reinforce healthy habits for lifelong enjoyment of sport, activity, and exercise.
