1. This position is as needed in the capacity of an Independent Contractor (Language Training Consultant).  In this capacity, ICs are responsible for the reporting of their earned income to the Internal Revenue Services, the State of Ohio or other state of residence, and any local municipality that you are connected to. *
2.  As an LTC, you will provide the following services:  English Conversation training, Homework Assistance, Skills Enhanced Training for business professionals, and Test Preparation in private and group capacities. *
3.  Students tutored will make payments directly to Two Birds One Stone Learning, LLC. Furthermore, any necessary paperwork required by the student/parent of the student will be taken care of by the Founder/Principal Consultant. *
4.  (In-person lessons in Columbus, OH) The rate of pay for in person tutoring includes transportation to the instructional site , preparation time, materials used for the lesson, and the actual delivery of the lesson. *
5.  The rate of pay for tutoring is as the following:  (in-person tutoring-  up to $22.50/hour depending on experience)  General Online Tutoring-  up to $17.50 an hour depending on experience.   Test Prep Tutoring-  up to $22.50 an hour depending on experience. *
6.  Cultural sensitivity to international expatriates living and working in the US. A significant portion of our customer base is from Japan. *
7.  Tutors agree not to directly or indirectly solicit or enter into any contract with any TBOSL students to perform private teaching or similar services under any circumstances.   *
8.  Tutors agree to a professional conduct agreement. *
9.  Tutors will reply to emails timely and submit weekly reports by the assigned deadline. *
10.  Tutors will complete an availability form for the term that they are interested in tutoring and be available the entire time that is reflected on the form. *
