What to Do If: Common workplace scenarios: examples and guidance for supervisors and leadership
Employees and supervisors interact with diverse groups in the workplace. It is important for employees at all levels to know university policies and procedures on discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act workplace accommodations).
This interactive workshop provides attendees an opportunity to discuss common real-life scenarios that employees may face at any given time. Participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills to confidently identify and problem-solve concerns in the workplace.
