If I am not the registered owner of the aircraft I confirm that I have the required authority from the registered owner to fly the aircraft in the above race weekend and to act in all respects as the authorised agent of the registered owner. I agree and declare that I have read and will at all times comply with and abide by the Operations Manual, Safety Management System and the Rules of the Royal Aero Club Records, Racing and Rally Association and its parent organisations including but not limited to the FAI sporting code of conduct. I declare that on the date(s) of the race(s) and any practice periods the aircraft and pilot documentation will be fully in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Royal Aero Club Records, Racing and Rally Association and/or any applicable statute and I will have this available for inspection at the event. *
