The bylaws of WWNTBM state that each missionary, staff member, and board member must be in complete agreement with the Articles of Faith of this Agency, and must sign a statement of their loyalty to such every year.  

Please complete this form by March 15, and indicate that you have read and are still in agreement with these Articles.  Your reply to this form will serve in lieu of a printed, signed document.
