*비예보가 있을 경우 방수자켓 및 갈아입을 옷을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

준비물 : 운동복, 트레일러닝화, 방수자켓 (간헐적인 비가 지속되고 있는 관계로 우천을 대비하여 방수자켓을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다) 갈아입을 옷
일정
8:30 체크포인트 남산 집결 (발열체크 및, 방명록 작성)
8:30~9:00 레이스팩 수령 및 환복 (짐보관)
9:00~11:00 시티트레일 (약12km) CP 남산 출발, 도착
11:00~11:30 스트레칭(개별), 간식 및 정리
*실내에서는 마스크를 착용해 주시기 바랍니다.
*주로에서는 Buff 또는 멀티스카프를 착용해 주시기 바랍니다.
*3그룹으로 순차 출발 합니다. (느린 그룹 먼저 출발)

*Mask or BUFF must be worn (includes starting area and on the course)
*If there is a rain forecast, please prepare a waterproof jacket and clothes to change.

Preparation: sportswear, trail running shoes, and waterproof jackets (Please prepare waterproof jackets as the occasional rain continues). Clothes to be changed.

Schedule
8:30 Checkpoint Namsan Gathering (temperature check and check details)
Pick up race packs and change from 8:30 to 9:00(luggage concierge)
9:00-11:00 City Trail (about 12km) Departures/arrival from CP Namsan
11:00-11:30 Stretching (individual), Snack and Organisation
*Please wear a mask inside the room.
*Please wear a Buff or Multiscarp outside.
*Groups will start in order. (Slower group will start first)
