Please complete this booking form for any dates you require your child/ren (P1-7 only) to attend our breakfast club for the month of February.

WE HAVE LIMITED SPACES IN OUR CLUBS SO BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

You will only be contacted if we DO NOT have space for your child

 If you wish to cancel a booking you must complete the cancellation form 48 hours before the date of your booking (the cancellation form can be found on the school blog or the ELC blog) otherwise charges will still apply.

 Any additional bookings MUST be requested by completing the Additional Booking form which can also be found on the school blog or the ELC blog. Bookings will not be taken over a weekend for a Monday or Tuesday, these must be requested the previous week.
