Payment Options

Each participant is required to subscribe to GiANT OS ($10 per month or $100 per year). Link will be sent with instructions. 

Dues are $290 per month.
Invoice will be emailed to pay online.

Submission of this form indicates acceptance of a 12-month commitment. Members are required to provide 90-day written notice of membership cancellation to jason@crestleaders.com. Annual prepayments are refunded on a prorated basis recalculated at the rate paid.
