Applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 21, live in the Cape Fear region, and be either a member, or an ally, of the LGBTQ+ community.

We are working to restart the Queer Youth Leadership Council, focusing on community action, leadership and education. We will host and contribute to community-wide events, as well as offer support to our peers in the community.
