Comments may be made in regards to mask requirements and wearing by staff and customers, social distancing, sanitization of surfaces and other COVID-safety matters. Compliments and complaints should be specific to the policies of the business; businesses may have different policies and those policies can be found at https://inthistogethercambria.com/resources/consumers/. Even if the business was doing something you did not agree with, if they were still following their stated business policies we ask that you please not file a complaint. In addition, please be understanding that businesses are dealing with potentially difficult customers and situations at this time, so be mindful of the efforts they have made when making complaints.

We ask you to provide your name and preferred contact information, but this is simply to verify that you are a consumer and provide us with the opportunity to follow up on legitimate complaints. All information will be kept private. If a business receives three complaints, and you have filed one of those complaints, we may follow up with you to acquire further information.
