Please provide the information below to help us with preparations for arrival and dismissal procedures.  We understand that situations may arise where you might need to change your child's transportation for a day.  Answer the following questions in terms of how your child(ren) will arrive and depart (both AM and PM) the building the majority of school days.  Please complete by Wednesday, August 10th.
