Bardstown City Schools has a new team member – our new custom tiger mascot! Next school year you’ll have the opportunity to meet the new tiger at school and athletic events. But first, we need help from Tiger fans to name our new mascot!
Mascot Naming Contest Details & Timeline
- Submit your suggested tiger mascot name by January 31 via our online form for a chance to win a prize.
From those submissions, the Top 3 Names will be declared finalists.
Tigers fans then will be invited to vote for their favorite names between February 1 and February 8.
The winning mascot name will be announced on February 10.
The individual who submitted the winning name will be notified to pick up their prize on February 10.
Mascot Naming Contest Rules
In the event of duplicate entries, the time stamp of the submission will be used to determine which individual was the person to submit the name first.
Names with profanity, political, and/or religious affiliation will not be considered.
Names that pay tribute to Bardstown City Schools’ 115 year old history and culture are more likely to be included as finalists.
