What: Chili tasting contest judged by local "celebrities"
When: Saturday February 18th. Entrants must check-in between 10am-10:45am.
Contest judging begins at 11:00am.
Where: Cedarburg Community Center, W63 N6411 Washington Ave
Cost: Register in advance. $5 entry. Deadline Feb. 10th. Payment option below.
Selected participants will be notified on or before Feb 13th.
Note: Contest is limited to 10 participants, chosen on a lottery basis. Application submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Rules:
- Bring your chili in a crock-pot (half a pot is plenty!) and a ladle.
- Each contestant is responsible for his/her own set-up and take down
- Additional food and drink carry ins are not allowed
- Upon arrival, check in at the registration table. Each entry will be given a number to place on the crockpot and in front of the crockpot. Chili will be served by festival staff or judges themselves. This will be a blind taste test.
- Do not serve chili to the general public.
