Thumb Fiber and Folk Arts Festival Wed. Oct 23th-October 26th, 2024 

• Workshops will be held on Wednesday - Saturday. 
• Vendor show on Friday & Saturday 10 am - 5 pm.
• Vendor Set-up: Thursday between 1pm-7pm & Friday 8am-9:30am. 
(All vendors must be set up and ready for customers by 9:30am!)
• From dusk to dawn, the camp gates will be closed, and buildings locked.
• All items must be hand-made or related to fiber or folk arts. We reserve the right to jury applicants.

New  2024 Vendor Information

New this year, Bunk & Breakfast Option.

Booth Costs: $100 per 100 Square Ft. space with a $10 early bird discount if registered before July 31st 2023.

  • Camp Cavell provides an approximately 100 Sq Ft. space for a display booth on a first come first
    serve basis. Due to configuration of buildings not all spaces are 10’x10’ some could be 9’x11.5’
    for example.
  • Camp Cavell requires all booths be family-friendly.
  • Booths are available both inside and outside.  All booth assignments are on a first come first serve basis with priority being given to returning vendors.  
  • Returning vendors not signed up before September 1st will not be guaranteed their same space from last year.
  • Table Rental: $10 per table. 
  • 2 chairs will be provided per space.
  • Electricity: Is available at a limited number of spaces.  There is a $10 fee for use of electricity.
  • Advertising: $25 fee to be listed in the program for the weekend as well as advertising posted on social media and the Camp Cavell website.  Vendors can waive the fee by donating a $25 item to the Camp Cavell Campership Fundraiser Raffle to take place during the festival.
  • Bunk & Breakfast: Bunk in a cabin with complementary Continental Breakfast the following morning for only $25. This is a per person per night fee. If you would like to reserve an entire cabin, please go to website www.campcavell.org and register your group or family. 
  • RV option available $25 per night with electrical hookup.

We are aware that by submitting this registration form we understand that this is a release of liability and a contract between us and Camp Cavell and for its affiliated organizations and sign of our own free will. We agree to cooperate with Camp Cavell policies and will not hold the camp responsible within reason for sickness or accident incurred in transit or at camp. We give permission to be photographed or video taped and allow Camp Cavell to release said pictures for publicity purposes and understand Camp Cavell will use them appropriately.   Sorry no pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, firearms, smoking in buildings, or open fires allowed.
