Early Bird policy: Early bird discount will be only honored when the payment is received before the early bird deadline (by 05/21/2020). Otherwise the regular fee applies. No additional discounts for our summer program.

Refund Policy: The amount refunded for a program withdrawal depends on the date the change request is submitted online via
naperpyramidcore@gmail.com. For more information, refer to the refund table below. A full refund will be made for classes or camps that do not meet a minimum enrollment requirement a week prior to the start date.
Group Rate and Refund Policy:
We welcome parents to organize group to register our classes together with friends. Group leader can contact us to get group discount code for registration use. Group rate is offered per class based.
Group discount fees are nonrefundable. In case of special situations, refund needs to be approved, and the total amount difference for this whole group need to be deducted from the refund funds. Extra $10 refund processing fee will be charged to cover bookkeeping cost incurred. Thanks.
