FCSS Frosh Orientation Leaders Application 2024
Seven students are planning this year's frosh week. Stay tuned to social media to learn more about them and what their portfolios entail. 

If you volunteer, you must attend the entire week and the Summer training dates.  Frosh is August 27, 28, 29 and 30th, 2024.

Anticipated Learning Outcomes:
Expect to fully develop skills in terms of leadership, management and communication skills. 
Frosh Leaders will be able to enhance their ability to work in a professional environment and create new connections. 

The tasks of being a frosh leader:
1. Supervision of a group of 10 froshies. 
2. Following the itinerary for the whole day!
3. Inspirational encouragement to get involved at TMU and in the FCSS undergraduate community to the group of 10 froshies while being kind and respectful to your group of 10 froshies.
4. Explain the activities at hand, and let your froshies do the activity first before leaders go. 
5. Being kind, professional, and respectful to your head student Coordinators. 
6. Follow what's in the manual. 

  1. All Volunteers get FREE Meals.
  2. All Volunteers will get their uniforms covered. 
  3. Free entry in a supervisory capacity to venues on and off campus.
