This form is not currently accepting submissions. The last day to submit a schedule/elective change request was 9/1. Please see the timeline below for the change requests that are still being accepted:

9/6-9/30: Only class drops can be accommodated using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.

9/30 (end of 1st grading period): Students can request to move down to a different course level (ex: English 10 Honors to English 10, Spanish 3 to Spanish 3 in the Global Community, etc) using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.
