Please be sure to make your payment by the following due dates. You may easily make recurring, or one time, ONLINE payments, using SchoolPay. The registration fee and first month's fees MUST be paid using the online SchoolPay system.  After your child's registration and 1st month's fees are paid, you you will have the option, beginning 8/15/19, to pay subsequent payments by dropping a check in the payment box, or by paying through your bank's automated bill payment system.  Payments made after the following due dates will result in a $5.00 per week late fee.  Delinquent accounts, after two consecutive weeks, will result in suspended Beyond the Bell privileges. Any child signed out after 6:00PM will incur a late fee of $5 and an additional $5 for every 5 minutes, or any part thereof, late thereafter. Late fees will automatically be added to your billing statement.  Disputed late fees for any reason will not be considered, including reasons of traffic, work schedules, etc.  If a family is chronically late picking up their child (3 times or more) Beyond the Bell administration reserves the right to withdraw the privilege of enrollment. Please be advised that this policy is strictly enforced.
