This form is for Directors to nominate up to three students for the Honors Jazz Festival at Capital University. If you're nominating multiple students, please submit a new form for each student.

The Capital University Honors Jazz Festival is a full-day immersion into jazz performance alongside our renowned teaching faculty and guest artists. On Friday, April 8, 2022 Students will experience big band and jazz combo playing, special guest artist clinics and performances by our student ensembles, culminating in a final evening student performance.
