1. If you're interested in participating, please fill out this form to register
-- One entry form per person, please.

2. There is a Kid’s Bingo Card designed for preschool through elementary school aged kids, and a Youth Bingo Card for middle school and up. You can enter either or both challenges, but only one entry will count towards the prize drawings.

4. Complete at least 5 Bixby Bingo challenges in a row (diagonally, across, or up/down). You are encouraged to complete as many as you can, but only there will be one prize entry per card.

5. Return your Bixby Bingo card to the library by August 31, 2020
-- Drop in the outdoor book return box in our parking lot
-- Email a photo or scan of your card to laura.fetterolf@bixbylibrary.org
-- Follow the Bixby Library on Facebook or Instagram and post your Bingo Card and tag us. (If you do this your posts will be public so please check with your caregivers and use another return method if you want to remain private)

6. All forms with 5 challenges completed that are returned by August 31, 2020 will be entered into our drawing for some amazing prizes, including a Kindle Fire Tablet!

7. Prize drawing will be September 7th, 2020.
