Please fill out this team pre-registration form for ALL teams that want to compete at the WFDF 2020 World Junior Ultimate Championships (WJUC 2020) to be hosted in Sweden.

We kindly ask you to complete one (1) form per country - outlining each division you wish to enter. IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON ATTENDING - please still fill out the form, so WFDF can be certain you received the bulletin.

Each member National Federation will then have the opportunity to accept or decline the bids offered and to allocate the rosters for each team. Not all teams pre-registered will be assured a place at WJUC should demand exceed expectations.

A full bid list will be published via the event website and sent via email.
