To be considered for trading at this years event, you must send all the following required documents as well as some images of your set up via email to

Please ensure you state the name of your stall in your email.
Applications submitted without the required documents can not be considered.

Proof of trading registration with a local authority
Food Hygiene Rating Certificate
Risk Assessment
PAT and/ or Gas Safe certification for all equipment

*NATASHA’S LAW - All PPDS products will need to be clearly labelled with the name of the food and a full list of all ingredients. Any named allergens (from the 14 named allergens list) must be highlighted within the ingredients list.
