Audition/Crew Form - "CSI: Wonderland"
* This form is for actors and technicians who are interested in participating in our Spring 2022 MIddle School Play.  This production is open for actors in grades 6-8, and technicians in grades 6-12.
* Auditions for actors will be on Mon. Apr. 4 and Tues. Apr. 5 from 3-5pm in the auditorium.  Callbacks will be on Wed. Apr. 6 from 3-5pm in the auditorium.
* Performances are on May 19 and 20 @ 7pm, and May 21 @ 2pm.
* Please be sure to pay attention to the performance dates in the conflict calendar portion of this form.  Please do not audition if you cannot be at a performance.
