This workshop is designed to help you learn more about you as a person as well as those you work with and serve alongside in your church, organizations and/or small businesses to cultivate a culture of honor and help others to develop in how they were uniquely designed to improve or enhance the relational health of the organization. Through a fun, interactive workshop, we explore more in depth how those you work with or lead are uniquely designed, ways to navigate conflicts in relationships, how to maximize the potential of those around you and so much more.
