STFYA Community Group Sign-up Form
STFYA will be changing the way we do community groups this fall! Community groups will be held once a month on a pre-determined date and will be purely fellowship-driven. The goal will be for you to develop relationships with other group members to create your own discipleship or accountability group. 

Please fill out this form if you are interested in joining a community group for the 2022-2023 cycle and select which group you would like to be a part of.
