1. Room charges may vary from 1200-1500 Rs. per room per night (excluding GST).
2. Entering details do not ensure the reservation of a room in the guest house. The confirmation of accommodation is subjected to room availability and you will be informed regarding the same via email.
3. Once the reservation is confirmed by email, the participant must pay for the room charges. There is no possibility for cancellation.
4. The charges for the accommodation will be paid during check-in to the guest house.
5. Kindly note that all meals will be served in the Civil-lawn; therefore, any additional charges for the room-service will be borne by the participant.
6. Accommodation cancellation charges will be as per the institute policy.
