At the State of the Union address on March 7th, Biden reportedly threatened the Supreme Court Justices while there's an extremely important case pending called Missouri vs Biden. This case is about the government colluding with social media to remove our posts or even delete our accounts.
Oral arguments on the case are being heard on March 18th and a ruling is expected to come this summer.
With the overt bullying from Biden, it's time for the we the People to make our voices heard. Thanks to a generous donor, you can submit your letter to the Supreme Court below, and we'll pay the postage and mail it. But you need to get your letter in soon, because the date oral arguments begin is just around the corner.
Here's the background on the case:
Missouri vs Biden case involves allegations that the federal government, including officials from the Biden administration, violated the First Amendment by "coercing" or "significantly encouraging" social media companies to remove or demote content from their platforms.
Unfortunately, the Supreme Court temporarily lifted a stay that would allow the government to continue to collude with social media while the case proceeds.
On March 18, 2024, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) will hear oral arguments in the case of Murthy v. Missouri, also known as Missouri v. Biden. The case is now set to be fully reviewed by the Court in late spring 2024.
