Once the submission of the above form has been received we will send a confirmation invoice to confirm lesson times, sign-up, and total cost. If we do not have your card on file we will call you to collect it.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Lesson times can not be confirmed until the first month's payment has been received.
Lessons are charged upfront each month.
To cancel lessons fully we must receive a full month's notice via email to admin@LJMA.com
To change your regular lesson time permanently please contact admin@LJMA.com
To change a single lesson time or date please contact your teacher.

MAKE-UPS FOR PRIVATE LESSONS

2 make-ups per student per class are offered each semester and must be claimed before the end of each semester. These do not roll over to the following semester.
To be eligible for a make-up you must give at least 24 hours' notice before the start of the lesson otherwise no make-up can be issued.

GROUP LESSONS

Payment must be received upfront before the first day of class.
Missed classes do not warrant a refund or make-ups.

SQUAD HARMONIX

Payment can either be upfront (receive a 5% discount) or in monthly installments.
Missed classes do not warrant a refund or make-ups.
