K-12 Meal Survey (Distance Learning)

Our District has moved to Band 5, complete Distance Learning. Please know that Sauk Centre Public School will continue to provide free breakfast and lunch for all Sauk Centre Public School enrolled students.

If you choose to receive breakfast and/or lunch, we are asking that you commit for the duration of the Distance Learning period, however long that may be. When we are able to shift to a less restrictive band, a new sign up window will open at that time.

If choosing meals, please complete the following meal survey and please fill out one survey for EACH student. Even if you have completed a meal survey earlier this year, we are asking you to please complete this new survey.

Meals will will be delivered to families in the afternoons between the hours of 3:00 – 4:30 with the following schedule:

On Monday afternoon, meals will be delivered for Tuesday.
On Tuesday afternoon, meals will be delivered for Wednesday.
On Wednesday afternoon, meals will be delivered for Thursday.
On Thursday afternoon, meals will be delivered for Friday.
On Friday afternoon, meals will be delivered for Monday.

The first meal delivery will start on Monday, October 26th.
