To become an official general member of Kababayan, you MUST complete these two steps:
 
(1) Fill out the Online Membership Form, aka this form! (You can fill it out anytime, anywhere)
(2) Pay the membership fee through VENMO (@kabaatuci)

**IMPORTANT** Incompletion of either step (1) or (2) will not guarantee membership.
