Registration for Grades 2 through 7 for the 2020/2021 School Year
Thank you for choosing Immaculate Heart of Mary School for your family.  We are thrilled to have your family as a part of ours.

Registration for new students in Grades 2 through 7 will be accepted on a space-available basis.  We will not be accepting any new Grade 8 students for the 2020/21 school year.  

Due to the Covid-19 School Closures, once the bans are lifted, your family and your student will be scheduled for a meeting with our principal, Mr. Andrew Lowry. Your child will be required to attend this meeting.  You will need to obtain a full copy of your student's academic records from his/her prior school, including final report cards and assessments in order to be granted admission to Immaculate Heart of Mary School for the 2020/21 school year.

Once your child's online application is complete, you will be contacted by Traci Kovach, Director of Finance and Development, with regard to submitting the remainder of your registration materials.  There is a $350.00 non-refundable registration fee which guarantees your child's seat for the 2020/21 school year.  You will be provided with a link to submit your payment.

Documents which will need to be submitted are:  your child's birth certificate, your child's latest report card for the 19/20 school year, standardized test scores from the 18/19 school year (if applicable), Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), Proof of any and all sacraments, Current Immunization Record, and if applicable, custody agreements/court order and test results, including psychological testing, educational disability testing, and/or any IEP.
