Creative Summer Youth Project - Sign Up Form
If you are aged 12 - 17, live in Swindon and would like to take part in a Creative Summer Youth Project at Swindon's Town Gardens during the school summer holidays, we just need to ask a few questions so we can sign you up! You can fill this out yourself or a parent or guardian can do it with or for you.

The project will run from Monday 10th August to Friday 21st August and you can atend either the first week or the second. Young people will be split into age groups, 12 to 14 (Mon - Fri from 9am - 12pm) and 15 to 17 (Mon - Fri from 1pm - 4pm). We have space for 48 young people who will be in bubbles of 12 with 3 youth workers. You must have consent from your parent or guardian to attend.

This project has been kindly funded thanks to a funding from Nationwide Building Society and the High Sheriff Award via Wiltshire Community Foundation. It is being delivered by the Mechanics' Institution Trust as part of our wider community work for central Swindon.
