Peer Review and Enrichment Program Classroom Support Request Form

The support provided by the Peer Review and Enrichment Program (PREP) is a collaborative process of confidential peer to peer support. The support is 1:1, on-site, up to five-week long coaching cycles.

The program supports are voluntary and teachers can opt out at anytime.

Once the form is complete, we will follow up with an email. Support will be scheduled as spots open up on our caseloads.
