For the upcoming season, NCHA is looking for a qualified individual to coordinate player development.  The successful candidate would:
- act as a liaison between NCHA Board of Directors, Coaching Staffs, and Player/Goalie Development Trainers to coordinate player and goalie development through regular communication to ensure skill development coaches are able to attend to ice times for assigned teams.
- Effective coordination and communication are considered strong assets for this position.

This is a paid position, with monetary compensation to be negotiated between the successful candidate and NCHA Board of Directors.
