Community Asset Map
As part of the initiative to maintain Sustainable Jersey for Schools certification, we have created a Hopewell Valley Community Asset Map. This is a collective inventory of the positive and valued aspects of a community by identifying the places, institutions and programs that contribute to making our communities great places to learn and live in Hopewell Valley.

Community assets can include local parks, recreational resources, historic buildings, restaurants, but can also include resources such as cultural, arts, social service organizations, and community organizations that are part of the greater community context.

As of now, we've come up with quite a few Hopewell Valley community assets but we need your help in finishing this list!

Please take a few minutes and jot down a few places and/or groups that you can think of in our immediate community (Hopewell Township, Hopewell Borough, Pennington Borough) to help round out our list!  Feel free to include their website as well.

The current list can be viewed here: https://bit.ly/HVCommunityAssetMap

Thank you for contributing! This asset map will serve as an educational tool for members of the community by providing a consolidated source of information regarding the multitude of physical and cultural resources that contribute to our local community.

This Community Asset Map was developed to recognize the institutions, organizations, and programs that contribute to the identity of Hopewell Valley. In addition, by having such a collective inventory, the community will gain a great understanding of the resources that are supporting the physical environment, cultural landscape, and economy in our community.
