This is a quick questionnaire to understand your specific practice needs and too see if what I am offering is suitable for you.

The Practice Audit Outline

1. You write or pre-record (voicemail) specific reflections from 5 typical practice session to assess where you are at at the moment. There will be specific questions to reflect on + extensive questions about your current golf game.

1b. (optional) - I assess your stats if you have any collected

2. We get on a call and discuss 1 and 1b and how this potentially needs to be refined to align with your golf goals.

3. We devise a Practice Plan, refined from what you are currently doing, specific to your golf goals/wants. The plan will include practice exercises design for you, on a practice platform with Practice Habit Trackers also.

The price will be at a reduced price of £500 and can be paid up front or in instalments.

4. (Optional and not Part of the Practice Audit) We move onto a on going relationship and check in every month/s on steps 1-3, at this stage I insist on data collection from a stats package.
