Outdoor Teen Improv Ages 10-15
Who's line is it anyway? Whether you have experience in improv or are just starting out, this class is for you! Improv is a great way to develop imagination and brain-storming skills while having fun and blowing off steam. In improv class, we will play a host of improv games (some used in professional improv shows) and may even design one or two as a group. All games are designed to be primarily noncontact. 8 weekly 1 hour outdoor classes. Classes are limited to 12 students. Cost: $152.

Fridays 4:20-5:20pm, starting 4/5 in Opal Daniels Park

We do have access to shelter and plan to hold class during light/mild rain, but extreme weather may affect our schedule. Please check email on class day, if the weather forecast is a potential issue.

This class is taught by Gretchen Weigel Doughty. I have an MFA in Theatre and have been teaching theatre classes/camps for the City of Takoma Park and in Takoma Park schools for over 15 years. My students have performed on and off Broadway and regionally.  I am fully vaccinated and have an MCPS background check.
