RULES FOR DESIGNERS
COLLABORATIONS:
- Only ONE application PER BOOTH
Collaborations with your fellow creators are always welcome! If you do plan on collaborating, please let anyone on the administration team know.
BLOGGER PACKS:
- Blogger packs are mandatory, no exceptions.
- Blogger packs must be up by the final stall setup date or you will be considered late for setup!
There is no guarantee that you will be blogged, however blogging helps drive traffic to the event and in turn, sales for everyone
It is entirely up to you how much you include in the blogger pack, but you must provide something.
SPONSORS:
- 3500L, 75 Prim Allowance
- Large booths located at shopping event landing zone.
- At least ONE (1) new product, to be exclusive to Abnormality for the duration of the event.
- SIX (6) Product maximum, all products may be new items if so desired.
- May sell old items as long as total product allocation is not exceeded, AND you have ONE (1) new product for every TWO (2) old items.
REGULARS:
- 1250L, 45 Prim Allocation
- At least ONE (1) new product, to be exclusive to Abnormality for the duration of the event.
- THREE product maximum, all products may be new items if so desired.
- May sell old items as long as total product allocation is not exceeded.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
- Items must be primarily original, and cannot be premade mesh taken from OUTSIDE of Second Life.
- All mesh standalone items MUST be brand new, original mesh and may not use templates.
- Prefab / Store-bought (Fullperm) mesh is ONLY permitted if it's part of a larger product, I.E. modkits for furries/anthros, etc. and includes original textures by you.
- While there is a set theme every round, it does not have to be adhered to; create anything that you want to!
- Designers not set up by the set-up deadline will have to pay a late fee of 1000L, which will give them an additional 24 hours to be set up and ready to go.
- While we DO allow adult products, ad images that are EXPLICITLY adult (anything that could be considered hardcore) are not allowed. Keep ad images tasteful!
- Feral and pony avatars, mods, and mod accessories are welcome! We just ask that ANYTHING feral or pony-related remain PG.
- We do not allow mods that use Utilizator products. This includes both the heads, and the Kemono body.
GACHA POLICY:
- Gatcha machines are not permitted, due to rule changes from Linden Labs
This includes pseudo-gacha machines which may be permitted by Linden Labs, as they are too new to ensure they won't perform poorly at the event, or cause sim-wide lag and effect other vendors
DEVKITS:
- Completely optional
If you are creating a new product, like a mesh head or clothing and want others to be able to create for it, you can use a devkit pack available in the blogger room to distribute it to just other designers.
LATE FEES:
- $1000L, if only late a few days
- $2000L, if extremely late
Both stall setup and blogger packs are required. Stalls can be "mostly" setup, and finishing touches done later.
We are more than happy to work with you, and if you come to us about being a little late, you probably will not be charged a fee.
