 Before proceeding please confirm that you have tried these troubleshooting options:

1. Ensure the iPad is connected to your home wifi.

2. If the iPad is not connecting to Global protect, follow the suggestions on the APS website for troubleshooting Global protect.  (https://www.apsva.us/digital-learning/digital-learning-device-help/global-protect/)

3.  Basic troubleshooting - restart the iPad completely, close and reopen the app in question, reinstall the app in question. (https://www.apsva.us/digital-learning/digital-learning-device-help/troubleshooting-tips/)

4.  To update an app on the iPad go to the App Catalog on the home screen, locate the app and install it again.
