Welcome to the Baptism and Membership registration form for Markham Chinese Baptist Church (English Ministry)! Spring Baptism will take place on Sunday, April 21 during English Worship Service a 9:30 AM.

By filling out this form you are acknowledging that you are committed to attending five classes, four for baptism and the last class to apply for MCBC membership. The dates are March 3, 17, 24, 31, and April 7 in New Basement Room B-07.

For those who are already baptized, you are required to attend ONLY the Membership class on April 7.
