If the form isn't filled out a week in advance, then we can't guarantee you will be on our schedule. If we need to cancel your reservation, we will reach out. Also, check this sheet to see if the time you are requesting has already been reserved, as it will be first come first serve, with priority given to ASOC senators and members ASOC's Student Administration for purposes relevant to ASOC.
