CWASD Online Learning Assessment Survey
Dear CW School Families:

This survey is intended for school families that have one or more students in grades 6 - 12.  If you have students at both Roselawn and at the HS/MS, please complete this survey only for students in grades 6 - 12.  

As we move towards providing an online learning experience during the mandatory school closure,  we are assessing the technology needs of our school families.  It is very important that we understand parents’ abilities to support the online learning experience for their children. To help us do so, we would appreciate your help in providing the information below.

Please complete one form for your household.

In order for us to plan appropriately, please complete the survey no later than 12:00 pm on Friday, March 27.
